View Client for iPad2

We have using veiw 4.6, using PCoIP. The Client works fine when connecting from desktops. But when using the ipad2 client. It connects and then disconnects within seconds. iPad2 view client can see the connection server and can sees the available desktop. Once it connects to it, you see it trying to make the connection, but then you get an error regarding disconnection from the server and the view client closes out.

Any insight on this problem would be much appreciated

Just for clarification you have external clients that can connect via PCOIP without any issues but your iPAD users utilizing the View app can not connect?

Sorry I should have clarified that. This is on the local network. No remote connection

Not sure if you have solution yet but let me ask this...  Are you connecting to two different wireless networks?  Often (like we have setup) you have a public and secured wireless and PCoIP works find on secuired but not public because of ACL and firewall controls. The issue you describe makes it sound like it's losing a connection which could be because of this same issue.
