View Client 5.2.0 and Bloomberg Biometrics

I am having intermitant issues with getting the Bloomberg Keyboards Biometric passed through to the VM. I am using a fat windows client. To a windows 7 VM with the latest agent with 5.1.1 in the backend.

I have allowed the hardware ID through, and  have not had any problems with the 5.0.1 client. It will sometimes work if you unplug the keyboard and put it back in but thats not really that useful a fix.

Is there something different I should be doing with this new Client. All other USB devices are passing through, including the bloomberg audio.

Just incase anyone else comes across this

The bloomberg keyboard biometrics only get passed through if you login to the vm, then unplug and replug the keyboard into the local machine, the toolbar picks up a bloomberg USB device, untick this, then the Bloomberg security device gets picked up, retick and the biometrics then work ok.
