View Agent 5.1 Failed to install ..

i'm training to install view agent 5.1 con win7 x86 ..... but i receive this error ...

Is this an upgrade to an exisiting agent or a new install?  Is it a physical machine or a virtual machine?

windows7 is a virtual machine on ESXi 5.0 U1.
I tried both the upgrade from 4.6 and both the removal and reinstallation .. but without success

Do you have a different machine you can test with.  This should allow us to narrow it down as a machine specific issue or some type of installer problem.

I tried it on two VMs,

and I have the same problem, this VM were first operated by view 4.6.

I have now migrated to view 5.1, on new center 5.0  and new view 5.1.

I have to migrate 40vm win7 x86, before I'm trying with the first two vm.
Removing the VM from ESX 4.1 and add to ESXi 5.0 U1.
Update the virtual hardware, after put this VM in manual POOL in a new view 5.1.

But view agent FAILED !!

I would go back and download the VMware-viewagent-5.1.0-704644.exe  again and verify the MD5SUM is correct.
