View Administrator - New Domain - New Administrator

Hello together,

we used Linked Clone Desktops in a View environment. Last week we had a server crash and had to setup a new Windows domain.

I put the VCenterServer and ConnectServer to new domain. Everything works fine but the login to View Administrator is not possible. How can I chance the Administrator account without login to View Administrator? Any ideas?

Any domain account in the local administrator group of the CB should be able to login to the View admin portal.

I hoped so but it does not work.

Should it be enough to integrate the Windows machine with Connect Server on it to new domain?

Just to clarify.

You joined the new domain with the old connection server?

Their is a domain account from the new domain n the local admin group of the connection broker?

You can or can't login with this new domain accoun to the https://viewserver/admin portal?
