View 6 RDS Host PCoIP sessions shadowing

Hi there!

We use RDS host farm with PCoIP for our power users, they are happy with multimedia functions, we are happy with cost effective Terminal servers

Technically we use zero clients, Windows Server 2012 R2 and of course VMware View 6 Server as connection broker and View agent for PCoIP.

The question is - how to shadow PCoIP sessions? How to remotely support users that uses PCoIP on RDS hosts?

I guess there will be no other solution except to use 3rd party applications like teamviewer or VNC.

I am a full on Citrix guy and was wondering the same thing as I am taking on a VMWare VDI project.

One idea was the use of lync.

Windows remote assistance as well perhaps?
