View 6.2 Windows 10 Dual monitors wont extend

I have the View 6.2 environment and running Windows 10. I am running dedicated linked clone desktops. The settings on the PcoIP device are checked for 2 monitors; the settings in the desktop pool are set for 2 monitors with a resolution under what the maximum requirement is for extended desktop. On the VM it just spans the display, like it only see's one. Device manager only see's 1 monitor as well. Resolution is set to: 1920 x 1080

When you try to change the desktop monitor to extend it just freezes.

Can someone point me in the right direction to troubleshoot? I'm out of ideas.

alainap84 have you tried reinstalling the Horizon Agent on the template VM and reprovisioning the linked clone pool?

What are the display settings in vsphere for the parent image and what are the settings in Horizon. In vsphere(6.5) if you edit the parent image there are settings there

and in horizon(7.4) if you edit the pool there is a section under 3d render

6.2 if I remember right is basically the same in this regards.

I would first try shutting down the VM and allow Horizon to power it back on. This is a requirement to modify the amount of video memory that is available to support multiple monitors and resolutions.
