Hi, we have a View 6.2 deployment. I recently enabled HTML access on a pool. Internally, if I browse to https://view.mydomain.com, then sign in and launch the desktop, I first get a certificate warning, but then when I click through it loads fine. On future visits I do not receive the certificate warning. So, first question is any thoughts on this and how to eliminate the certificate warning on first try?
Externally, I can browse to https://view.mydomain.com and sign in, launch the desktop. It fails with the following error.
Notice how it is showing me the internal IP of the desktop (the 10.2.20.92 IP in the URL listed above). I also notice that it is on a 'cert accept' URL, so I am thinking this is the external manifestation of the cert warning I received internally. I haven't been able to find any KB's or posts on this error when searching. Can anyone point me in the right direction or have ideas?
I got this working. I had an error in the firewall rule for port 22443.
Quick question, is there any way to change the branding/add a logo to the View portal page? I see some articles from 2013/2014 which indicate it isn't possible, but wondering if anything has changed.
