View 6.2.2. - Odd errors, crashes and general bad behavior ...

Hi folks,

I was hoping someone may be able to help.  We have deployed View 6.2.0 as we have done many times before however we are experiencing a number of odd issues that may or may not be related.

1) Frequently when attempting to edit the properties of a View pool we are presented with a box which simply states 'Unknown' and we can no longer edit pool settings.

2) View Composer, whilst able to delete machines appears unable to clone new machines.

3) Probably not related by the View Security server every week or so decides it can no longer bring up the IPSEC tunnel between itself and the connection server.

During these outages we see stuff like this in the logs:

2016-07-01 17:10:41,095 | 72            | FATAL | Sim.ServiceCore.SimServiceApiImpl - Error: fail to execute web service call: DestroySviClones

We also had:

2016-06-22T21:23:10.269+01:00 ERROR (0A90-2914) <PendingOperation-/--***REMVED***-CloningLC> [PendingOperation] Pool cn=b9108133-1930-4d40-9565-b95523a30859,ou=virtualcenter,ou=properties,dc=vdi,dc=vmware,dc=int::Unable to create new VM - Invalid parameters.

Only a reboot of both the connection servers and vCentre box helps.

We've never had anything like this before, can anyone help?
