View 5 QuickPrep not configuring Win7 linked-clone VMs

I am trying to create Win7 linked clones.  When I enable provisioning on the pool, Composer is creating the VMs and adding them to the domain using the naming convention (VM01, VM02, etc...) no problem - on the VMs themselves, QuickPrep is not renaming the cloned VMs or configuring them to join the domain - the services appear to be running on all the VMs, but they all have the same name as the ParentVM.

Any help would be appreciated...

Some things to check:

Are you using DHCP? If so did you release the adress before shutting down the VM? (ipconfig /release)

Is there enough DHCP-adresses in the scope?

Is there enough ports in the virtual switch?

Does DNS work and do they use the same DNS? (This one is the most common one)

Does the account configured in the Quickprep-settings have enough rights to create and add machines to the domain?
