View 5 & Novell DSfW

Somebody was trying to deploy View 5 with Composer in DSfW environment?
When deploy Full Clone VMs - all fine
But, when try to deploy Linked Clone - VM not join to domain.
Anyone have any ideas?

I have seen this pages.
Novell engineer says "this issue must be fixed in some patch - released in spring 2011" - but, installing all updates for SLES & OES doesn't help Smiley Sad

I want to know if I can use View 5 in a customer with Novell eDirectory.

Yes, it works. Many people are using View with Novell DSfW (instead of AD). You need at least View 4.6 and the latest Novell patches.

Do you know if it has been tested/deployed with View 5?

Any plans of VMware to support eDirectory in the product roadmap?

I'm testing View 5 & OES11 (DSFW) - works fine.

Currently, i dont have any issue with this environment.
