Hello,
I'm rolling out a new View 5.1 install and have come to the point of wanting to grant external users access to their desktops via PCoIP. I currently only have a single connection server in place and get no display on external clients unless I enable the "Use PCoIP Secure Gateway for PCoIP connections to the desktop" option and specify the external IP that I'm NAT'ing into the Connection Server. However, once I do this, it breaks connectivity for all my internal users. Disabling the the PCoIP Secure Gateway option restores internal connectivity, but then I'm back to square one and getting just a black screen and disconnected for my external users when I attempt to connect to the desktop.
Will rolling out a new Security Server resolve this issue for me? Or, do I need a second Connection Server for my external users instead? We have no DMZ zone... Is there any issue placing the Security Server (if that's the real solution) on the same LAN segment as my existing Connection Server?
Thanks for any help!
