How many users are having issues after the upgrading to View 5.1.2
1) Machines not able to delete from View Manager ( Stuck machines)
2) Disk Latency Errors
3) common errors we get during provisioning. ( Agent not found and errors)
What are the other issues other View Admins are seeing?

Why do you think that an upgrade will cause all these issues that you are describing , have you contacted VMware support for an answer. Some of the things that you have described have pretty well documented resolutions in VMware KB.
We had less issues while running View 4.6.. Yes i have contacted support.. We need go back and tune the system more ..
Plus we are running linked clones with floating pool.
