I recently installed VMware View 5.1.1 and whenever I create a pool no VMs are provisioned. There is no error shown, the desktops are just not created. I set up the Event Database to see if it could shed some insight into what was happening, however it just reports a successful pool creation, and no errors as far as VM provisioning is concerned. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this issue?
I've seen this when the Adam databases are out of sync between replicas.

Thank you for responding.
I am using a single View Connection Server, without any replicas. I also have a View Composer set up, but the problem persists regardless of whether I create a full VM pool or a linked clone pool.
Does the user that is linking vCenter and View have permissions to create machines?
Yes, I am able to create VMs by logging into the vCenter server directly as that user.
