View 5.0 Screen Resolution wrong after computer lock

Hi,

a customer has View 5.x installed. If the viewuser (Win7) takes a break and comes back he makes the login after that the screen resulution is not more the same.

It goes to standard resolution (view pool settings), the user must do a logout and a login again.

Who can help me?

I'm experiencing the same issue.  It's infrequent, so it's been hard to track down.

You don't have to log off to fix it in my case, though.  Disconnecting/reconnecting knocks it out.
