For RDP you can hit CtrlAltBreak to change from fullscreen to windowed, then AltTab to switch windows. For PCoIP you would have to hit CtrlAlt to ungrab then Alt+Tab to switch windows. There is no better way available.
Your question seems straight forward enough but I"m confused by the issue. I'm in my View 4 desktop right now. I mouse click in it to use it. If I want to use my client OS I mouse click in it. Are you forcing full screen? I have my user vms open in a large window. they can expand if they want or shrink. Then they can easily move back and forth between as needed. Or perhaps I"m missing the issue entirely.
