We just started testing one of the HP wireless terminals in our training room about 2 weeks ago. For some reason, during the middle of using them, the session drops the connection to the View Desktop. They can connect back into the session and it's still in the same spot when they got kicked off.
We are using RDP not PCoIP and the clients are just using the internet.
I don’t see any problems in the event log on the with the Connection broker. They can connect back two seconds later to the same spot. I don’t see anything wrong with the wireless connection; we only have 7 terminals on it.
Any help in identifying the problem would be useful.
Just a thought, have you checked the "Session timeout value" in the view manager webconsole? Its under configuration -> global settings. This will disconnect users regardless of inactivity/activity when the limit is reached.
