View 4.6 - Session Lost when returning from screensaver

Ocasionally when my Thin Client is returning from screen powersave mode I get a breif view of a frozen screen saver and then dumped back to the thin client login screen.

We are using XP VMs with Wyse P20 Thin Clients.

After re-login I get an error box that pops up saying that windows has recovered from a serious error.

Any suggestions about how I go about debugging this issue?

It sounds like your VDI machine is blue screening.  I would check event viewer and see if you can find the error code and debug file.  You should be able to google the error code and find out what kind of issue it is.
