View 4.6 PCoIP External Connection Issues

I'm having a couple of issues with a POC implemetation of View 4.6.  Followed several articles on the forums but havent been able to resolve the issue.

Problems are:

1. PCoIP connection internally to Windows 7 64 bit VM does not work, Vista is fine so I know PCoIP is working and able to route internally (no firewall)

2. PCoIP externally is not working to either Vista or Windows 7, I have allowed ports 4172 UDP/TCP and 443 as outlined in the architecture planning doc but I just get a black screen and disconnection. A connection to via RDP is working ok via the HTTPS tunnelling.

I'm using a Security server which has been configured correctly in View Administrator using the shared password.  External URL is resolvable.

Hi,

Please have a look at this article

http://communities.vmware.com/docs/DOC-14974

for windows7 confirm if pcoip component is installed on view agent

make sure you have PCoIP secure gateway enabled,

firewall rules modified between client - security server and security server -agent

1) make sure that you have installed the 64 bit agent on it. it works for my end 2) does it work internally? what about using different WAN source.

Just to clarify-

View will not allow to install 32bit versions of view agent on 64bit machine.
