View 4.6 + Entitlements

Hi,

Quick question:

I am moving users from one VDI pool to another, and have the new pool setup and ready to go....

If i add the user security group to "entitlements" on the new pool, and then remove this group from the "entitlements" on the old pool, does it automatically kick off the users on the old pool? Or will it let them work until they log off, and then on next logon put them on the new pool....

If you remove entitlement from a pool, it will  let logged on users from that group to work until they log off unless you specifically selected a user ( for logging off immediately).

If you have  a user logged on to a machine and you select remove entitlement, it would show following pop up message:

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Select users whose sessions you would like to terminate.

Otherwise the session will remain open until the user logs out.

This action may take a few minutes to complete.

There is no relationship between entitlement of two different pools though
