Hmmm,
Have a read of the other post where the VMtools update breaks PCoIP. Never apply any major ESX updates without ensuring View fully supports it. You can have problems with Composer, PcoIP and the brokers, remember it's a new version of vCenter aswell.
Having said that, if you do proceed let us know what it breaks, just wait until Friday as I can use a good laugh by then!
