We are using View 4.5 on Wyse P-20's attempting to use a product called Trace which uses a USB device to record inbound and outbound phone calls. The USB device uses the default Windows settings on full blown desktops and it works fine. It recognizes the device as a USB_P2PC under sound controllers and it installs successfully, but does not recognize the voice going across the device. Anybody have any experience or ideas about voice recognition in this configuration?
I added the hardware ID's for the device in HKLM\Software\VMWare,INC\Vmware VDM\USB
HI!
This is to my understanding a thing that will be greatly improved with the release of view 4.6. 4.6 is schedueled for release at the 24th of february.
This coupled with the 3.3fw for your wyse/samsung/teradici PCoIP enabled terminal will propably solve your USB issues.

Upgraded all servers, clients, and agents to 4.6. Wyse P-20 to 3.3. This still did not fix the issue.
