In the View 4.5 Admin console when looking at Pool Sessions, sometimes the Security Gateway is blank for some VMs, does anyone else see this or can you tell me why? I also tried refreshing session and logging out of the console.
you mean logging thru the security gateway gives you blank console randomly?

Do you see this for both PCoIP and RDP sessions, Also do you see this issue when launching desktop directly through connection server ?
If it is only for PCoIP then ensure there is no UDP traffic filtering rule in your network is not is impacting
