View 4.01 JVM has Aborted error

Hi all,

I've installed a new view server on a virtual machine with windows 2003 R2 and i'm receiving the following errors:

Could not reserve enough space for object heap.

The JVM has aborted.

I've modified the value for the xmx variable to 750, and the first error was solved, but the second is still present and when i try to connect with admin console, the page remains blank.

anyone has solved this issue?

The following KB article says that particular error is generated after a security update by Microsoft. Have you tried removing the security update to see if it works?
