Vcenter upgrade from 4.1 to 5.5 U1

I am looking into upgrading my Vcenter from 4.1 to 5.5 U1
was wondering if anyone has done the upgrade. This upgrade is for my VMware
View environment and below is what I’m running and was wondering if anyone has
done the upgrade. Just little confuse on the backend components to see what
needs to be upgraded. According to the VMware Product Interoperability Matrixes
below is what I’m getting but still would like to be sure before I start plan
the upgrade any input is greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Upgrade View Environment from current version to latest and
greatest.

Current version for all view components including backend
servers.

  1. Vcenter currently at 4.1.0, 491557
  2. vSphere Client currently at 4.1.0
  3. View connection server currently at 5.1.1
  4. Security server currently at 5.1.1
  5. View Composer 3.0.0
  6. View agent at 5.2
  7. View client at 5.2.1
  8. 6 ESXi host on 4.1.0, 1682698

Upgrade Path from Vcenter 4.1.0 to Vcenter 5.5 Update 1

  1. Vcenter upgrade to 5.5 Update 1
  2. Vsphere client to 5.5
  3. ESX host?
  4. Ok with connection server according to the
    VMware product Interoperability Matrixes
  5. Ok with Security server?
  6. Ok with composer?
  7. View agent 5.3
  8. View client 5.3

Please take a look at VMware KB: Update sequence for vSphere 5.5 and its compatible VMware products for the supported upgrade sequence. As a side note, check your vCenter Server certificate to see whether it's necessary to recreate it when upgrading to 5.5 (see e.g. http://kb.vmware.com/kb/2074942)
