VPN in VMware View PCoIP

Hello;

in our LAN, we connect over VPN to internet.recently we use vmware view connection and rangee zero client. when we want to connect to internet in zero client over VPN, the connection failed.

IN view console show: Agent unreachable.

our IP for Virtual Desktop is 172.20.51.xxx and for zero client devices 172.21.41.xxx

How can we solve this.

Are you trying to use a VPN inside your virtual desktop? If so, you can't let it block all local connections as by design you need network connectivity between client and desktop in order to remote it.

I know, but our internet is over VPN, so we have to do this.

Do you have any suggestion?

Only that you make sure split tunneling is enabled in the VPN configuration, so that local connections are not interfered with.
