Samsung NC191 Zero-client machines.
Here is the most detailed technical reason I think it isn't working. But I am open/willing to try anything. All other devices seem to be working fine. When the camera is armed it automatically initializes a video stream (looking at the back of the camera you can see the live motion)
It was found that the new library made the Imager and Motor paired correctly. However, the errors still occurred during simple USB communications. In the log file, the error starts with "E-". It also showed that USB device was removed and arrived during initialization.
I think this is due to USB "redirection" (I am not sure if this is right terminology) in this environment and I am not sure what should be the next debugging efforts. According to the log file, the program did not return after the call DeviceIOControl(), which is the interface with the driver.
