VMware View SSL Connection Error

Hi,

When connecting to our view connection server from either a Wyse terminal or using the desktop client, we are intermittently seeing "SSL connection error". Reconnecting immediately solves this problem.

I've checked the event logs on both our view brokers to no avail....

Any suggestions? Seem to only be happening at one site....(We share the same view infrastructure over multiple sites)

Thanks!

Have you checked the agent and client logs to see if they give a reason for the disconnection?

Sounds like a load balancer issue, are you running something in front of your SG or VCS?

Hi,

I don't think so?

Can i check load balancing status in the View console?

I have checked our F5 console and also windows cluster and couldn't find any vm related stuff in there...

When you connect to View does the IP corospond with your sercurity server or connection broker?    If not then you could be using some type of load balancer.  If that is the case connect View to each broker directly and see if you have any issue
