VMware View : Offline Desktop

Hi,

I'd installed VMware View 3.0.1 and it rocks !!!! Every features works fine. I have persistent, non-persistent, different images with linked clones, well i'm very impress !!

The only thing not working is : Offiline Deskop. Probably something wrong with my installation ...

1) I'd installed the Vmware View Client with Offiline Desktop on my workstation.

2) I used Windows XP SP3 ...

3) When I load the VMware Client i don't see in the context menu the CLEARED OUT option ...

Do I need to do something else into the configuration in VMware Manager ?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Eric.

Did you enable "Offline Desktop" in the policy for the pool?

Damn, I passed A to Z my policy and i didn't seen any thing regards Offline in the policy ? Could it be possible Offiline Desktop doesn,t work with Automated Linked Clone Policy ?

Yes that is correct, you need a full clone to do offline desktop.
