VMware View Desktop Printing issue

Hi Guys,

I am facing an issue with printing while selecting page layout landscape. We have tried printing in portrait and it work fine but when we select landscape it still prints in portrait. This issue is bonded to a single printer and the users connected to it. Below are the details

Printing methodology : ThinPrint

VMware View Horizon 6

Operating System : Windows 7

Printer Model : NASHUATEC MP C4500

Please lets us know if any one has faced a similar issue and found a solution.

From physical Desktop does  it work fine ?

You may face this issue, if the printer driver is corrupted or not updated. Try to change the default printer driver to a different printer driver and check if it works fine.

If it works fine, contact your printer manufacturer to update the drivers.

Hi Gaurav,

Thank you for your reply. I have asked the client to check on the printer driver. It seems even in physical they face this issue some time. I will update you once i apply the updated driver.
