VMware View Client for Linux

Does an official VMware View Client exist for Linux? I know there are the open source options out there but is there a Linux version that is officially supported?

Hello...

Do you know if there's any plans for RPM versions of the client? Or maybe a generic one?

Best regards,

Can't comment on future products or features but did you try alien or something similar to convert it to a rpm?

Not sure if this was mentioned in the link provided by 1qaz, but there is also an open View client available for download.  There is an RPM vairant provided in the download list.  I have used different versions and found them to work well.  Just keep in mind that these are not commerically supported by VMware.

Does it include also the USB redirection?

I normally use the open client, and no, it doesn't include USB redirection.

I've converted the deb package to rpm, and installed it on Fedora 16, it starts but after the first negotiation it segfaults, maybe a problem with openssl libs.
