VMware View Android client: How to hide status bar at the top

Hi all,

I'm testing the VMware View Client for Android. One issue which is bothering me is the status-bar I get displayed at the top of the screen. I mean the bar which shows the VMware View Logo and the several icons for the control-settings.

Is there any way to hide this bar? I didn't find a switch in settings, nor in the official user-manual. The thing is: I think it should be possible somehow, as a YouTube-video from VMware shows: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=85uJqkn-UV4

I'll be grateful for any feedback...

After upgrading the view client to latest version(>2.0), it supports the full screen mode. You can enable it through clicking the full screen button in the dock menu bar.

I am facing the same issue. Did you have any luck getting rid of the border at the top?
