Just finished a post listing all the group policies (as of now that is) that ship with View 5.

Most of the settings are self explanatory; if you have a question about any particular one post it (here or on my blog) and I will provide more details.
Obviously the two templates of interest are PCoIP (optimization) and Persona Management since those features are most likely to help all View users whereas some of others (like UC integration) are neat but not something everyone will leverage.
