VMware View 4.6 and Starry Night College and Windows Movie Maker 2011

I am trying to install Starry Night College and Windows Movie Maker 2011.  Neither will run, citing graphics issues.  Starry Night requires Open GL 1.4 at least, and it appears that vCenter 4.1 and View will only do Open GL 1.1?  Movie Maker seems to require DirectX.  Anyone had any luck getting these two programs to run?

If you upgrade to View 5 with ESX 5 you can use DirectX 9 and OpenGL 2.1. Below is the link to the documentation,
