I have installed Cisco VoIP software on a VM and I want to connect a USB headset to the VM to make and receive phone calls.
(Users are remote, and PBX is on LAN along with the Virtual Desktops)
- Client
- Desktop Computer running Windows XP 32bit
- View 4.6 Windows Client
- Virtual Desktop
- Connection to Windows 7 32bit
- View 4.6 Agent
Virtual machine detects device and installs driver.... I am still unable to see the device in the controll pannel? Or use the headset?
