In attachment you can find logs.
I suggest it is some error with 3d acceleration. How can i solve this issue?

Thank you.

What did your Horizon administrator say when you reported the problem to them?

i think this is mac os + horizon client issue, because on the Windows i can establish a connection to the desktop without any issues.

Hi WoronaDE,

Is it always reproducible on your mac client?

Are you able to file a bug to VMware?

From mks log, there's a crash happened:

Hi YunYiQun,

yes, it reproducible. I can`t login into Desktop, always the same.

I found that signal 11 is from 3d acceleration , but not sure and i don`t know how i can fix it. I didn`t find anything about video settings in VMware Horizon client..

I asked Alan to comment offline if there's any configuration to workaround it.

Does it work if you choose PCoIP when connecting?

If it works, could you switch back to use Blast and open Preferences window, navigate to VMware Blast tab, uncheck "Allow H.264 decoding" to try?

Hi,

Could you file a PR to VMware so that we can better assist to follow up?

Thanks.

I am having the same issue as well. I'm on VMware Horizon 5.4.3 and macOS Catalina 10.15.6. When i log in, it shows a blank screen and then disconnect. I'm not able to reach the remote desktop screen. Can I check how do i file a PR or get someone to look into this? I'm new to this community.
