VMware Horizon client issue - Loading Failed This Desktop is currently not available

Our team members are using VMware Horizon client (8.6.0 (20094380) to connect to VM provided by our client. But when we try to open the VM from the laptop it is giving error saying "Loading failed. This Desktop is currently not available". But if we try the same VM in another machine using the same version of Horizon client it is working fine for the same VM. Looking for inputs how we can resolve the error on the user machine. This is happening for other users who are using Mac OS as well.

Operating system: Windows 10 Pro

Is this intermittent by any chance. I am seeing similar issues as well on Windows clients. Also what is the version of agent in use?

For few windows clients this is happening consistently. it is working fine when we tried to use the same VDI account on another windows client. Client is latest version.

I have observed similar issues with agent 2111; 2203; 2206 and client 2203 and 2206. I changed the agent to 2106 and client to 2203 and it started working fine again. 

I would strongly recommend you to collect the client and connection server logs and upload it to the VMware GSS team with the user name and timestamp. 

 

On the affected machines I tried checking the client logs but couldn't  find any references on the error below:
