VMware Horizon Help Desk - Failed to start remote assistence

Someone can help me?

This error occurs when I click on button REMOTE ASSITENCE.

I have never use this function, so, propably I need to active some funcionality on my VDI's.

Sometimes the message "Failed to retrieve session detail information" is also showed.

VmWare Horizon version: 7.4

The Help Desk remote assistance feature is based on Microsoft Remote Assistance. You must install Microsoft Remote Assistance and enable the Remote Assistance feature on the published desktop. Help Desk remote assistance might not start if Microsoft Remote Assistance has connection or upgrade issues.
