VMware Horizon Client for Windows hangs after first use

I am trying to connect to my employer's virtual machine. From one of my computers it works well but from the other one there is odd behaviour.

If I launch the VMware Horizon Client it works perfectly - but only  once. If I disconnect and try to relaunch the “Launch from Client” it says launching with the rocket logo briefly appearing and then nothing. I have tried so many things. The only thing that works is reinstalling the software or “repairing” it. And then it works again but only once. Something is going wrong. What is it? How can I fix it?

VMware Horizon Client for Windows version 2103

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU         860  @ 2.80GHz   2.80 GHz

Installed RAM 12.0 GB

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Edition Windows 10 Enterprise

Version 20H2

Installed on ‎2020-‎11-‎03

OS build 19042.928

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0
