VMs in the VDI pool

I created a  pool about 80 VMs with the exact numbers of Horizon 7 clients concurrent license. But when I power up or provision the VM's

some random VM's gets an error agent unreachable. When I reset the VM some of it will be available for users but some don't.

any idea appreciated.

What's the version of your Horizon environment ?

What kind of pool ?

Are all VMs get a DHCP address ? (check if you DHCP scope is not full)

There's no hard limite between licenced VM and deployed VM (excepted on ESX servers licensed with VDI licenses)

Horizon 7.5.1 and floating pool.

I didn't check the DHCP scope unlikely but I will double check.

As you have a version < 7.5.2 check first this KB :  VMware Knowledge Base  (Windows 10 1809 desktops experience performance issues and may become "Agent Unreachable" state if the High Precision Event Timer (HPET) is disabled.)
