I am using a VDI blaster thin client. Once inside the VM it detects and I can install the drivers for the webcam. Everything seems to install correctly. When I open the Logitech software to capture an image the webcam turns on but I see nothing but a gray screen. I have also tried this in another 3rd party program that we use and the webcam display is black.
4.5 environment
VM is XP SP3
webcam is Logitech model V-UT16
I have tried disabling the audio on the webcam in Device Manager and lowering the bandwith of the display.
Any suggestions to get this working would be appreciated.
