VMWare View 4.6 Dual Screen Error

Issue:

Running VMWare View 4.6 on a company laptop, with external monitor connected.  Start View & choose multiple monitors. Starts up fine & can you use both monitors.

However when away from laptop and it auto locks VDI, user returns and enter their password. Both screens pops up perfectly for a split second (both indidpendant of each other) but then both screens refresh the desktop position is central between screens and you are left with a remote desktop split between half of each screen, effictivly centralising the desktop.

Only resolve is to log of from vmware view and reestablish the session. This then initiates both screens independtly of each other.

Steps Taken:

Upgraded users view client to version 5 which has made no difference. Disabled all screen savers etc but screen auto locks. Viewed log files but can find no appearent fault.

Please see atached log files for reference

I would greatly apricate any help as currently I am at a loss.

If you are seeing this issue only with PCoIP (and not with RDP) then follow Vmware KB 1027899

Thanks SKG, performed this maintenance on a test environment last night and long behold it resolved the issue. Funny enough though, when we checked for multiple monitors with RDP is only ever displayed "full screen" and not multi monitor.
