I have a laptop hard drive loaded with windows 2000 installed on a USB conversion case, and recently installed VMWare workstation Version 5.0 on my new laptop with Windows XP. I'm trying to boot my Windows2000 hard drive from the VMWare and found that BIOS setup utilities on VMWare does not support the boot from USB port, it only takes Legacy Floppy Drives .
Any Idea on how VMWare can boot my Win2000 hard drive using USb port?
