Hi,
since upgrading the version of Windows 10 on our desktops/laptops to build 1903 or higher, my colleagues and I have experienced intermittent problems with the connection selector screen not appearing after launching the Horizon shortcut.
A process instance is visible in Task Manager for each successive launch from the shortcut, but no selector screen is displayed. Sometimes it works first time, sometimes it takes several reboots. It actually took 45 minutes of rebooting for us to get a screen to display this morning.
We have tried various version of the Horizon client (including the very latest) on different machines and still get the same problem. Has anyone else has similar experiences and have you been able to remediate the problem?
