Question :
Does Horizon work on Mac OS Catalina 10.15?
Great, thanks for your support kdenike!
BR/JO!
So I'm guessing with that response we still don't have a solution? So we should mark as "unsolved" but offer updates (best as can be given) as to the status? kdenike jo.strasser
The 10.15.1 update does not change anything. The same error happens.
VMware released Horizon Client 5.2.1 this morning. It appears to have fixed the issues with disconnects on screen lock and Space swapping that I've been having.
Hopefully this is the full fix.
Is it on there site, I can't seem to see it when I look.
I ran Check for Updates inside of the client.
I was prompted to upgrade yesterday, but passed until today. I'm not sure of my previous version.
When I launched my VDI using 5.2.1 it connected fine, but did not respond to mouse clicks. Keyboard was fine.
I reverted back to 5.1.0 and the mouse works fine again.

Sane issue as cfunk.
Mouse clicks not working.
So any news ?
So any news ?
It's quite shocking that this issue hasn't been resolved yet!
Quite disappointing.
I'm a contractor at a client site, so I don't have direct access to VMWare support. I'll see if I can get the client to create a support ticket on this.
Still not fixed with Version 5.3.0 (15225262)
I did notice that with 5.3, and I’m guessing 5.2 as well, that the USB hover message changed from “USB has been restricted by policy” (or something similar) in 5.1 to “USB Disabled”.
I’m suspecting it’s also blocking the mouse For some reason.
Im using a Kensington Expert Mouse. Maybe because it’s not a basic mouse profile?
Sigh just looked at the mouse software and noticed the app wasnt detecting the mouse.

Both were unticked :-
After ticking them the mouse software and Horizon work.
Thank you!
I didn't have the mouse software issue, just VMWare Horizon was there and unchecked, but that seems to have done the trick.
Too bad support didn't pick up on that and provide a check in the installer, or a note on their support board, or something.
