VMWARE HORIZON CLIENT:Error: Unable to connect to server: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Hi Guys

Iam currently running Vmware horizon 7.3 using esxi 6.5 and vcenter 6.5 server for windows   I have created 4 VMs 1 as the domain controller running windows server 2012 64 bit  1 as the  connection server running on windows server 2012 another 1 as the Vcenter server also running windows server 2012 and finally a desktop using windows 10 64 bit guest OS. I have

installed view agent on the desktop VM and horizon client on my own machine. However everytime i try using my horizon client it gives me this error; :Error: Unable to connect to server: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it any assistance as to how i can tackle this issue will be most welcome.
