VMView screen saver plus sleep mode

We are doing some testing on the samsung unit using teradici management console and was wondering how to put screen saver on VMview machines? Do we have to do it on the virtual image or on the teradici mgmnt console? Also how to disable sleep mode. we have power policy but still they are going into sleep mode.

In vmview we log off we get virtual desktop is currently logging off error but if i click ok and reconnect it pulls up a different machines. we deployed 3 but we have 10 available machines in the pool.

Also is there a way in teradici managment console to add device into the group. Right now i have one client which is showing up as ungrouped and i cannot find how to add that client to the group.

Thank you.

If you want to adjust screen saver and power policyies for the VM you can do it via  a GPO.   I don't have the  Teradici management console setup so I can't comment on that.

To add a device into a group in the Teradici management console, you have to first set up the group under the Groups tab, then go back to the Devices tab and click on the ungrouped device to highlight it.  Then, in the right-side menu under "Grouping" select the appropriate group from the drop-down box, enter the device's local password, and click 'Add'.  It might take a few seconds, but you'll get a "Device added successfully" confirmation pop-up when it's done.

thanks for the info I was able to resolve other 2 issues but only thing  is whenever i logoff from virtual machine it doesnt automatically connects to the available machine. I get "the view agent reports that this desktop is currently logging off a previous session. Please try again". Once i click ok it brings up the new virtual machine. any idea?

thank you.
