VM through IE

I have a user connecting to my Virtual Center Box via IE (connection Broker)

The problem is when they get into the VM - They get lines going from left to right and up and down.

I was going to try and download VM Viewer but Im not sure if thats the right Answer Im looking for

Any thoughts?

Are you using VMware View or just the console in vCenter?

I believe its just VMWare View because if I go through Vcenter it looks great.

Plus it only appears on HER workstation which I thought Video Driver but Ive updated it as well.
