VM View Connectivity

We have a user who daily is unable to login to her VDI desktop (VM View 5).  We either reset her persistent desktop connection through the VM View Administrator or login to the virtual machine itself and login and then logout.  It appears that there is usually an "other user" account when you ctl-alt-del that exists when the user cannot login.  If we login as the user at the console of the virtual machine, then log out, the end user can log in from their Wyse P20 no problem.  If they logout for 5 or 10 minutes, they can log back in no problem, but when logged out overnight, the problem comes back.

This is not a typical error I have seen.  I would recommend uninstalling the View Agent and reinstalling to see if there is just something wrong with the Agent.
