VDM Issue

I set up a VDM server 2 .0(vm) and have created 2 guests(win xp) on the host. I have entitled and enabled the desktops in VDM administrator, and when logging into the web client with a user I am successful. I see the 2 guest. Now here comes the issue. Sometimes when I click the VM and hit connect it goes through, but some other times I get a "You do not have access to logon to this session." It only happens to this certain user. I am able to logon to the VM through virtual center. Any suggestions??

Is it possible that a session is still active on that particular VM and you are not able to connect because of that? Did you find any useful information in any of the log files or the event section in VDM?

I resolved the issue by putting domain users(for a test) in the remote desktop group on the local machine.
