VDI turns green screen on macbook

Hi,

I'm using VMware Horizon Client on my MacBook.

But sometimes the VDI screen turns green, and I have to disconnect and connect again to solve.

It happens all the time and very annoying. How to solve the problem? thank you.

One of our users has a similar issue.
I've tried reinstalling the Agent, VMWare Tools and I had the user remove and reinstall the client on their machine but the issue persists.

Try turning off H264/HEVC in the client settings.

If that works, then open an SR with the client logs and machine details so we can investigate.

Thanks.

Go to the "Preferences" in VMware Horizon Client.

then select the "VMware Blast" tab.

Ensure the tick box against "Allow H.264 decoding" and/or "Allow High Efficiency Video Decoding (HEVC)" are disabled.
